being able to make a custom pet in your faces i got a pet dragon on Dragon Fable but i want one on this game...
so i came up with being able to make a custom pet npc

Don't make it look like you are unaware of a good thing.
Dragon Fable is a fairly recent webbrowser RPG simulation based in some fantasy time period. However, in my opinion it is crappy, so if you want my advice don't waste your time.
And Dakrhunter, the concept of Pokemon games, in the beginning stated by the professors said that
"Some use pokemon to battle, others use them for pets. Myself, I study pokemon as a profession.", or something along those standard basis. If you want a pet within PMR, be a trainer and ask to catch a wild pokemon and consider it your pet, and if you wanna be a pet, then be a wild pokemon and ask for an available trainer to be your master and care owner.
Pretty self-explanatory.

no cuz i only have to feed my baby dragon i just left it in its cave playing by itself for a while

Then tell your dragonite to stay in a cave and play by itself for a while and leave it a dish of food...
