Building Declaration #27Those who build outside of the Build Zone without a permit will be given a 500-Pokedollar fine as well as punishment. Those who do not pay the fine will be forced to pay it via a Judicial verb. Those who do not have enough must work off or obtain enough to pay off their debt before a day is up or they will be given a week-long jail sentence.
