(Yay! First Post!)

Sprout was always interested in plants. He would grow berries and blend them into PokeBlocks, which he was strangly fond of. He never would catch a Pokemon, although there was one female Grovyle that seemed to like him. He would feed her spare PokeBlocks that he didn't eat. But one day, he found that his skin was slightly green. He lived alone, and the nearest doctor was over 100 miles away. He decided to treat it with some herbs he found in the forest earlier. As he was sitting on his porch, rubbing the green portions with the herbal mixture he made, the Grovyle came up to him. She started to speak. She told him that those herbs wouldn't help, and that it was only nautral. He nodded and then did a double take. The Grovyle was talking to him? But before he could question her, she had fled. Heeding her advice, he stopped, and went to bed. Over the next few days, his condition got worse, and he began to sprout a tail. He was getting worried, but the Grovyle calmed him each time. Eventully he stopped changing, but resebled a Treecko. When that happened, the Grovyle revealed shocking news. He was half-pokemon. His father was an outcast from society, and fled into the woods, where he met the Grovyle. They started visiting each other, until one day, the Grovyle (whos name was Sarahara) laid an Egg. From this Egg hatched Sprout, who grew up into a child resembling a human. After the Father's death, Sarahara let Sprout live in his Father's old shack, bringing him food every once in a while. Sprout grew into a teenager, and was able to be fairly self-sufficeient. She then explained how when Sprout begin to change into his more - Pokemonish form, he would come to live with her, his true mother. So they left, and lived together for many years, until a up and coming Gym Leader by the name of Mechana discovered Sprout sleeping in a hollow tree....

Ok, heres part two! YAY

As Mechana eyed the sleeping Treecko, he thought to himself; "I may be a Ghost Gym leader, but its always nice to have a spare Pokemon!" As he grabbed for a Pokeball, Sprout woke up. He had been having a nice dream about bacon. As he was streching his arms, he noticed a human throwing a pokeball at him. He quickly jumped out of the way, as the Ball harmlessly bounced pass him. "Hmm... That was close, eh?" Sprout said.
"What?- A talking Pokemon? Now I REALLY want to catch you!" Mechana replied. He then reached for another ball, but when he threw it, instead of treing to catch Sprout, It released another Pokemon, a Banette. "Go Banette! Get this talking Treecko!" Mechana shouted. "Night Shade!" As Sprout dodged the attack, he noticed Banette holding a pin. As she forcifly stabbed it into herself, Sprout began to feel woozy. As he collapsed on the ground, the last thing he saw was a Pokeball flying toward him. END OF PART TWO

Part Three! YAY

As Sprout awoke, he found himself floating in midair. He yelped, and then realized he was on an invisible floor. As he studied his surroundings, he noticed that there were walls in most of the area. As he wondered where he was, he heard a muffled voice. "Treecko! Go!" After the voice passed, the room flashed, and he found himself on another invisible platform. When he turned around, he saw the human that had caught him, Mechana, the Banette, a Duskclops and two Haunters. As Sprout yelped again, the trainer started to speak. "I see you've awoken. After I heard you speak, I knew I had to catch you, even if you are Grass-Type. I can fix that with this though. Haunters, use Specteral Illusion on him! The Haunters nodded, and began to engulf him in a bluish flame. After the flame was gone, he found himself looking like a Gengar. "Now, Treecko, or should I say Gengar, I am Mechana, the leader of the Magmos Region Ghost Gym. And since I have caught you, you now are my Gym Pokemon." "Uh... My name is Sprout." Sprout replied. "Very well then. Your name is Sprout, and you are my Gengar." "But I'm a Treecko!" "Well now your a Gengar. Deal with it." After Mechana left, the Banette floated over to me. "I apologize that I had to do that to you earlier. Mechana told me to do it." she said. "But what DID you do?" Sprout asked. "I laid a curse on you. I apologize. I don't mean harm, I was just following Mechana's orders." "I see. Well, I better get settled in. It seems that I will be staying here for a while." "Yes. You will." After that statement, Banette floated through a wall and into another room. She popped back out again and said; "You better come along as well." Sprout nodded, and with a leap of faith, lept through the wall. To his surprise it was merely an illusion. "Ah, Sprout, I see your there. Its time for me to go to bed. Now, return." As he said that, a stream of red light came out of one of the pokeballs in his belt. Before Sprout could protest, he was back in the small room he woke up in. "This must be my Pokeball." Sprout thought. He then decided to rest. He was tired after all. When he woke up, he heard Mechana saying something. "Well, Miles, you look strong, I suppose I can battle you. Go, Sprout!" After he said that, Sprout found himself back in the Gym. There was another human there, and his Tauros, which was charging right at him! END OF PART THREE! Next time: Sprout's First Battle!

PART FOUR! YAYAYAYAY

As the Tauros neared closer to him, Sprout noticed Mechana telling him to Counter it. Suddenly filled with an urge to battle, he dodged the attack, and bashed the Tauros with so much force, it knocked it out. "Tauros! Return!" the Boy shouted in frustration. "And my name's Trainer, not Miles! Go, Heracross!" Trainer threw another Pokeball, which a Heracross popped out of. "And how about we make this a double battle? Go, Seviper!" He threw another Pokeball, and A Seviper was in its place. "Fine then, Trainer." Mechana said. "Go, Banette!" Mechana threw another Pokeball, and Banette appeared. "Sprout, shall we do this?" She asked. Sprout nodded, to conceal the fact that he spoke in the human languadge. "Heracross! Seviper! Use poison sting!" Trainer shouted. "Banette! Deflect those stings with Light Screen!" Almost immeditatly after saying that, a screen of light appeared before Banette and Sprout, deflecting the stings back at the Seviper and the Heracross. But one broke the sheild, and Banette was hit with the full force of both stings. She collapsed on the ground. "Return, Banette!" Mech Shouted. But the Heracross and the Seviper were out as well. Trainer withdrew them. "Now, how about we finish this battle one on one?" Mechana asked. "Fine. Go, Magema!" Trainer shouted, and he sent out a Mawille, which procedded to lunge at Sprout. "Dodge, Sprout!" Mechana Shouted. Sprout dodged and countered with a Shadow Punch. "I didn't know I could do that!" he said. Oops. But when he looked at trainer, he wasn't looking at him oddly, just calling out Magema for another attack. Sprout took this one, and decided to jump high in the air. "Sprout, finish it off with Submission!" Mechana shouted. Sprout began to spin around in the air, and then came crashing down onto Magema, who spun dizzily until fainting. "This match is over! Trainer is out of Pokemon! Mechana wins!" the announcer shouted. Trainer returned Magema, and stormed out of the Gym, disapointed. "Well, Sprout I see you've just won yourself your first battle. Congrats. Now, Return! We're going to eat well tonight, to celebrate our victory." Sprout found himself in his Pokeball again, and relaxed, ready to eat. Little did he know he was being watched. "My... That Gengar is quite strong..." a purple haired male said. "He would make a great present to the Boss..." a red haired female said. "Meowth! That's for sure!" a Meowth said. Team Rocket would be busy tonight.

Part FIVE! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111

After a hardy meal, Sprout and Banette decided to have a talk. They went to a corner of the dining room of The Moonshine Mansion, and discussed today's battle. "Thank you for saving me from that poison sting, Banette." Sprout said. "Your welcome. And thank you for winning the battle for us. Mechana is very happy." Banette said. Mechana walked in and said that two new challengers and their Meowth had come in. "Banette! Sprout! Return!" he said. After a few minutes of waiting, we found ourselves in front of a purple haired male and a red haired female. "Are you ready to battle?" Mechana asked. "Of course. But we have to introduce ourselves first." the Male said. Suddenly, they threw their clothes off to reveal Team Rocket uniforms! "Prepare for trouble." "And make it double." "To protect the world from domination." "To defend all people within our nation." "To denounce the evils of Truth and Love." "To extend our reach to the stars above." "Jesse" "James" "Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!" "Surrender now, or prepare to fight!" "Meowth! That's right!" they chanted. "That was the corniest song i've ever heard." Mechana said. "WHAT?!?! Just shut up and hand over the Gengar!" Jesse said. "Never! I'd never leave Sprout to you creeps!" Mechana defended. "Fine then. We'll just have to fight, since you won't surrender!" James said. "Go! Cacnea!" "Go! Seviper!" they said. After the Cacnea finished hugging James, they began to attack. "Seviper! Poison Sting!" Jesse shouted. "Banette! Counter with Shadow Ball!" Mechana shouted. "Sprout! Try to dodge their attacks, I don't want you to get hurt!" Sprout nodded and begin to dodge the stings. "Cacnea! Pin Missle!" James shouted. The Cacnea showered pins, not on Sprout, but on Banette. For a split second, he watched in horror as Banette fainted under the full power of the pin missle. In that split second, several stings hit him. As the poison seeped through his body, he saw a net fall over him and Banette. As he drifted into unconsioness, he heard laughter. The laughter of Team Rocket. END OF PART FIVE

Part six.........

As Sprout awoke, he found himself flying high in the air, in a cage, on a hot air balloon. Team Rocket was in it, along wit Banette, in another cage. Sprout kept quiet for a little while, slowly picking the lock on his cage. When he had it open, he smirked at team rocket. "Heehee! You won't be getting out of there! It's made of dark energies, so no ghosts can touch it!" James Exclaimed. Sprout smirked, and dispelled the illusion. "Uhhh.....Your not really a ghost?" James said. "Nope." Sprout said, and jumped out of the cage, not being harmed by the dark energies, and blew up the balloon. "GYAHHHHHH!!!! TEAM ROCKET'S BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" they screamed. As they flew off into the distance, Sprout grabbed Banette's cage, and dashed to the ground. After putting the illusion back on, he destroyed the cage, and freed Banette, who woke up shortly. "We're all the way in the Aquos region. It's going to be a long hike to Magmos again, and there's bound to be trainers wanting to catch us." Sprout said. "We look just like wild pokemon right now." Banette nodded, and they set off to Port Aquos. As they rounded a corner, a man watched them from the shadows. He grinned, and threw out a net and a pokeball. In a flash, Sprout and Banette were in a pokeball. They had just been captured by a poacher! END OF PART SIX Next time: The Pokemon Poacher's league!

PART SEVEN! WOOHOO

Sprout didn't realized what had happened until it did. He and Banette had been captured by a Pokemon Poacher, and were about to be sold on the Black Market. As he pondered the situation, he began to worry about Banette. She was very weak, and couldn't fight if they got into a bad situation. As he continued to think, he noticed that he wasn't in the Poacher's Pokeball anymore. He found himself and Banette in a small cage. As he sighed with disbelief, he saw a man in full black enter the room. "So, Treecko, how do you like your new home? That illusion doesn't fool me." the Man said. Sprout looked at himself and realized that his Gengar illusion wasn't working. He tried to reapply it, but it failed. "Don't try to redo it. Treecko's are much rarer than Gengars, so you'll fetch a higher price without that silly illusion." he said. The man smirked and left the room. Sprout sighed. He had been through alot the past few hours, and it was coming to nothing. Banette was still hurt, and Sprout also found that she had a high fever. And they were in a cage. He had no way of helping Banette, and there was no way he could indicate the fact that she was sick without revealing his secret. He sighed a sigh of failure and awaited his fate. As Sprout was about to give up, he heard a clash in a room opposite his. As he listened, he saw a boy and two Pokemon race into the room. As they got closer, he saw their features. The boy was a trainer, and his two Pokemon, two Brelooms, obviously mates, were breaking the cages open and freeing the Pokemon. When they came to Banette's and Sprout's cage, the boy noticed them and said, "How about you come with us? We can protect you until your friend gets better." Sprout didn't trust many humans, but he was probobly better than getting recaptured by the Poachers, so he nodded, grabbed Banette, and ran out the door with the Boy and his Brelooms. After some smoke cleared, and they got far away from the Poacher's base, Sprout noticed something. They were all the way in Lerfin! It would take even longer now to get home to Magmos! They reached the boy's camp, where the male Breloom began to nurse Banette back to health, while the female began to prepare a salad. Sprout noticed that they worked very well together as a team. he decided to reveal his secret to the boy, but not just yet. After a delicious dinner of mixed greens salad, they boy began to speak. "My name is Aidan, and these are my Brelooms, Bre, and Loom. We go around many regions, Protecting Pokemon from poachers. We also are looking for new Pokemon to join our team. And we want you to join us! And we won't take no for an answer!" Bre and Loom lunged at Sprout, while Aidan threw a Pokeball at Banette. Sprout dodged the attack, and snatched Banette out of the way. "Your fast! Bre! Loom! Use Mach Punch!" Aidan yelled. Sprout saw the two Brelooms running at him at full speed, and was bracing for an attack, when a Light Screen appeared before him. The two Brelooms bounced off. Sprout noticed that Banette was using the last of her energy to protect him. He was about to thank her, when he saw a Pokeball flying right at her! It was too late to get her out of the way, so he took a leap of faith, and jumped in the path of the ball, leaving behind nothing but a few berries. He had been caught, to save Banette. The last words he muttered to her before sliding into the ball were: "Get out of here, don't worry about me, just run. Hurry!" He then slipped into the ball, as Banette watched in horror. END OF PART SEVEN

Time for Part 8......... Bum Bum Bum!

As Banette raced through the forests of Lerfin, she began to worry about Sprout. He had sacrificed himself to save her, and now there was no way to return the favor. He had been caught by that trainer Aidan and his two Breloom. Banette hated them so much. If she ever got the chance, she would... Before she could finish the thought, it began to rain. She noticed a cave coming up in front of her. When she went to take shelter in it, she noticed a trainer and his Mawile sitting there. Banette gasped. These were the same trainer and Mawile that came to the gym not too long ago! As Banette came in closer, to hide from the rain, the Mawile noticed her. "Hey! Your that Banette that we fought in the gym a few days ago! Why are you all the way in Lerfin?" she asked. "I'm looking for Sprout. He was captured when we got seperated by Team Rocket." Banette replied. "I see. Well, you'll need to look even harder after i'm done with you!" she said. The Mawile, whose name Banette remembered was Magema, got up and began to attack. Banette didn't have time to deal with her, so she cast a curse on Magema, who promptly fell to the ground. Banette didn't like to harm other Pokemon, but this was a special occasion. She got up and noticed that the trainer was actully a pile of rocks. So Magema was lost as well! Banette began to tend to Magema's curse. Meanwile, back in Magmos.....

Mechana was looking for Sprout and Banette as hard as he could. He knew that the ballon had gone towards Aquos, but the boat to it wasn't running. He was hoping as hard as he could that Banette and Sprout were ok. He didn't want anything to happen to them, but he couldn't help but wondering why those Team Rocket fellows took them in the first place. He sighed a sigh of sadness. But back in Lerfin, Sprout was doing a little better than what everyone thought.

Sprout hadn't been caught. He managed to spring free of the Pokeball just in time. Aidan lobbed another, but without Banette to protect, Sprout dodged it easily, and knocked him and the Brelooms with a full-force Body Slam. After a bit of mocking, he ran out of the campsite. Of course, he didn't know where Banette had gone, so he kept running. Eventully he saw a building. And before he knew it, he was being crowded by humans. This was a Pokemon contest, and he was a Pokemon! END OF PART EIGHT!

Time for... PART 9.....................................................

For a second, Sprout didn't know what to do. The only escape from this mob of trainers was the contest, where it would be even more risky to be. He took his chances, and dashed into the contest hall. He hoped that it wasn't as crowded inside as it was outside. Sprout was lucky. The only people here were the contest clerk, and a Nurse Joy. Before he could find himself a place to hide, the nurse picked him up. "My, you seem to be lost. Are those trainers outside giving you trouble? I better take you to my pokemon center!" she said. She began to carry Sprout to the pokemon center, where she set him up with a nice room. "These Pokemon centers really cater to the needs of pokemon." Sprout thought. After a good night's rest, he waved goodbye to the nurse, and set off to find Banette.

Meanwhile, Banette and Magema were still in the cave. Banette was using all of her energy to try to nurse Magema back to health. Then she noticed Sprout running at them. She began to call out to him, when she noticed he was being chased by a Mightyena!

Sprout was running for his life. He had spotted Banette and Magema in the cave, but HE had been spotted by a Mightyena! He ran with all of his force into the cave, where he slipped and crashed into Banette and Magema. They flew into the back of the cave, where they seemed to fall into an endless pit. Eventully Sprout saw the bottom, which seemed to be covered in grass and flowers. He also noticed the sun peeking over the horizon. When he hit the bottom, however, it turned all black. END OF PART 9! NEXT PART: A strange new world! Enter Team Lunar!

Time... For... PART 10!!! :O :O :O

Sprout woke up in a grassy forest, with Banette and Magema nowhere to be found. He tried to remember what had just happened. He was being chased by a Mightyena, and then he crashed into Banette and Magema and then they fell into this pit. He sighed. Now it would be even harder to get back to Mechana! He then heard someone talking. He hid behind a tree. As he watched, he noticed that they were Pokemon. A Charmander, a Chikorita, and a Squirtle! They apparently were talking among themselves, and didn't notice Sprout, however, Sprout did feel like he was being watched. As he turned around, he saw a Gengar, an Ekans, and a Medicham, watching him, smirking. "My My, what do we have here? A poor lost Treecko?" the Gengar said. "You know what we do with poor lost pokemon, Treecko?" the Medicham said. "We 'bring them home'." the Ekans said. "Who are you three?" Sprout asked, too bewildered to run. "We are Team Shadow, formerly known as Team Meanies, but that didn't sound cool enough." the Gengar said. "Now, get out of our sight, wimp!" Gengar blasted Sprout with a Powerful Night Shade, which knocked him off his feet, onto the ground, right in front of the other Pokemon! "What in the world!?! Why did you fly out in front of us?" they said. But before Sprout could answer, he fired a Leaf Arrow straight at Gengar, who got hit, and in his rage, began to hit Sprout with all of his powerful attacks. Well, he would have hit, if a Light Screen hadn't appeared before him, and deflected it back at Team Shadow, who got knocked back a few yards. Sprout then realized what caused it. "Banette!" he shouted. "And Magema!" Magema said, popping out of the bushes with Banette. Before a ruinion could happen, though, Team Shadow had dissapeared. Sprout didn't care, he was back with Banette and Magema, and was content for the moment. After a bit of explaining from the other Pokemon, Sprout learned that this world was filled with natral disasters, and rescue teams had been formed to help Pokemon who had been affected by them. "Well what are we waiting for then? Let's form a rescue team, until we can get back to our world!" Sprout said. That night, Team Lunar was born. END OF PART 10! Next time: Battle in Magma Caverns! Lunar Vrs Shadow!

Due to my recent demotion and case of writer's block, i've decided to discontinue my Sprout - One With Nature Series. For those of you who enjoyed reading it, I'm sorry, but I'm too depressed to keep writing. The story will be kept in archive for those of you who wish to read it, or if I ever decide to continue writing. (1% chance of that.) Well, I suppose this is farewell for my series... So... Goodbye.

P.S. Jolt was the reason I stopped writing, him and his non-sense of humoriness. So if your upset about the lack of storytelling from this writer, blame him. *gets popcorn*

Well... You know... It seems my story actully never died, it just was sleeping for a long time. Apparently it's awakened. OK PEOPLE! SPROUT - ONE WITH NATURE IS BACK!

Sprout awoke in the cave that was the portal between his world, and the world where only Pokemon lived. He did not know why he was back in his world, but Banette and Magema were there. Before he could wake them up, he heard a noise in the bushes, and another Treecko was blasted out by a Hyper Beam. Before Sprout could assist him however, the other Treecko's tail accidentally knocked him into the bushes, where he saw a trainer's Flygon, the one who had fired the beam. Another trainer was there, a boy with a Pokemon symbol hat, presumably the trainer of the other Treecko. "Ok Treecko, it looks like your up! Go use Leaf Blade on the Flygon!" the trainer said. Uh-oh. The trainer thought Sprout was his Treecko! Sprout, too confused to move, just stood there. "Treecko? Are you ok? Ash, I think somethings wrong with your Treecko!" a Girl nearby said. "C'mon Treecko! We can do this!" Ash said. No answer. However, Sprout had regained his posture, and was now charging up for a Solarbeam. Before the Flygon could counter, Sprout blasted it into submission. The Flygon was knocked out, and it's trainer returned it. "Nice job Treecko! Return!" Ash said. Sprout dodged the stream of light from the Pokeball. "Ash! Treecko's running away!" A young boy near the girl said. Additionally, the girl's Torchic, who was sitting on her head earlier, decided to hop up and chase after Sprout. Sprout sighed. He didn't have time for hitchhikers! He quickly blasted the Torchic with a Leaf Arrow, which hurt her, but made her angry. She blasted Sprout with a Flamethrower, which caused him to collapse. He blacked out as he saw the group of trainers rushing toward him.....

Meanwhile... In another dimension...

"BOBOBO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Beauty yelled. BoBoBo, Don Patch, and Jelly Jiggler were acting like Morons. Again. In the middle of the Battle with Giga, they went on a picnic. Giga was about to defeat them, until a portal opened in the roof of his palace, and a Boy Dropped out, in full armor, which was colored like bacon.....

END OF WHATEVER PART THIS WAS! Next time: D002 Awaits! Awaken the Fist of Bacon!

Mysticstar returned from her work as a pokemon co-ordinator VERY tired. She walked over to Mech, kissed him, grabbed a cheesesteak and flopped on the couch, watching her favorite soap oprah. She fell asleep later. Meanwhile, Sprout danced like a moron. END OF PART 13!

"Alright Cyhunt! Use Psychic!" Mysticstar shouted. A dazzling blast of energy flowed from Cyhunt's tail. The opposing Shellder was thrown into the air, spinning rapidly. "Now use Psybeam!" Mysticstar yelled. "Espeon! Espe!" Cyhunt purred, as a beam of energy flowed from the Espeon's jewel. The Shellder was knocked out of the Psychic with so much force, it slammed into it's coordinator while both fell unconsious. Mysticstar sweatdropped. She didn't mean to do that! "A very good display of Psychic powers." Mr. Contesta said. "Remarkable!" the Head of the Pokemon Fan Club remarked. "GRAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! YOU IDIOT! WHY DOES YOUR EVERY COMMENT HAVE TO BE THAT ONE WORD!!!" Nurse Joy screamed. She then grabbed a chainsaw and started to chase him around. Quickly, Mr. Contesta and the rest of the audience watched this with awe. Mysticstar took her ribbon, let Cyhunt curl onto her head, and walked out of the arena. The last thing she heard was "That is a REMARKABLE chainsaw!".

When she finished the walk to her mansion in Moonshine Town, her daughters, Emerald and Sally ran over to her. Cyhunt leaped from her head and playfully tackled Emerald, licking her face cutely. "Daddy's still looking for Sprout and Banette..." Sally said. Mysticstar sighed, walked into the mansion, and made some of her famous homemade cheesesteaks. As she watched her favorite Soap Opera, Psyduck and Wigglytuff - Pokelove, Cyhunt, Emerald and Sally ate some cheesesteaks in the dining room. Cyhunt nibbled on one on a plate on the floor, Emerald took large bites out of her fairly plain one, while Sally looked for more sauces and spices to put on hers. Already it was covered in a strange purple mixture that looked like melted shoe. However, it smelled and tasted wonderful. Sally had the odd ability to be able to find the right ingredients that would make wonderful sauces, but look like random colors of melted shoes. For some reason, most of her cooking looked like melted shoes, with the exeption of when she made melted shoes, which looked like a triple decker meat and fish platter, but tasted like, well um... Melted shoes... Emerald looked away from her plate, but her nose couldn't resist the smell. Meanwhile, somewhere in Lavan City.....

"Take this!" Mech said, kicking a ninja in the crotch. The ninja writhed in pain, and fell on the ground, in front of another ninja, who tripped and fell into another, who slammed on a loose tile, and sent another ninja flying into the last two. All of them fell unconsious. "Stupid chain reactions. I wanted to beat them all up..." Mech sighed. He stared at the Emerald Pokeball resting in his hands. He knew that it would lead him to Sprout. In fact, it drew him toward his Mansion at Moonshine Village... he had a feeling his wife made cheesesteaks.....

Sprout danced like a Moron. Noone really knows why, but he was compelled to. Banette looked on, sighing at his odd behaviour, while Magema collapses, a sleeping dart in her neck. Sprout quickly collapsed as well, and Banette looked around for the thrower. Before she could spot them however, a dart flew into her neck... and nothing happened. Banette couldn't be forced sleep, however a net quickly engulfed all three of them. Huddled close to Sprout, she blushed, and faked sleep. She quickly fell asleep however, warmed by Sprout's body heat.

Sprout

Sprout awoke with a jerk. The last thing he remembered was himself dancing like a moron. Banette was lying against him, breathing heavily. Magema was nowhere to be found. As he studied his surroundings, he saw that it looked like a breeding room, a specialized room where scientists bred pokemon. He was approached by a scientist wearing a black lab coat. He approached Sprout, and told him that the Group was doing experiments on converting unlaid pokemon eggs into shadow eggs. Sprout tried to reply, but all that came out was "Treecko! Treecko! TREECKO!... Treecko.." as Sprout sat bewildered at his loss of human communication. "Yes, we felt that it would serve us better if you weren't giving us lip all the time. Now, let me release those special chemicals that make you Pokemon want to breed so badly. We won't have you boycotting our experiment." The scientist left the room, and reappeared behind a window on the other side of the room. He flipped a few switches, and a pink gas was released from vents on the walls. As Sprout came in contact with the gas, he felt an overwhelming urge to breed... Banette was the only one nearby... he had to... Banette awoke, and they looked at each other... They quickly fled behind some bushes... After a few minutes, the pink gas dissapated... Banette and Sprout looked at each other with dismay. The scientist entered the room again, and put Sprout in a small cage. He was led outside the room, to a holding center, where Magema was sleeping in another cage. From a nearby window, he saw several Pokemon growling at him. They had a purple tint.. Sprout then realized. Those were shadow pokemon! Thats what they would become, if they didn't escape soon.. Sprout looked to the last thing he had... an amulet given to him by Mechana. He hoped for the best, and put it on. He suddenly found himself and Magema back in Magmos... but Banette was nowhere to be found....

That is how the Sprout of Today came to be... There are many other stories to be told... but those are for another time. For now, what we can know is this: Banette is still out there somewhere, and with Sprout have found where she lies, it is time for Magmos's first quest chain to come alive. Details will be in-game soon.
