Temporary fix to the custom skin. For those of you having some difficulty with Byond 4.0 and the custom skin that Mechana implemented. Here is a fairly quick fix.
Double click my computer on the desktop.
Then double click the C drive.
Then double click documents and settings.
Then double click the folder labeled "owner"(This is the default I believe, it may also be whatever name you use to sign into the computer).
You will need to then double click "Application Data", which is a hidden folder. If you are not able to see the hidden folder, go to tools--->folder options--->view---->click the circle next to "show hidden files and folders"--->click apply--->click ok.
Once you are in application data you will need to double click the folder labeled Byond.
Then double click the folder labeled skins.
You should now see a folder labeled mechana2412, go into that.
Now you should see a folder labeled pokemonmagmared, you want to go into that next.
Now there will be two files in this folder. Both are labeled "skin", but the one you want to double click on is the one that is comes up as "byond interface" if you mouse over it. It is also the one that is about 10-12KB in size.
Before actually modifying this file, I suggest backing it up somewhere in case you do something wrong. ;P
Ok so anyways, once your in this file you will see three boxes to the right with stuff in them. The bottom most one labeled "windows" should have a thing labeled default. Double click default and more windows should pop up. One of the windows will have the resolution it is set to (you want to set the resolution to whatever you are using and click update).
Then the window will resize itself, from there you need to click and move around the windows and resize them to fit the resolution you intend to use. Its VERY similar to how you resize things in paint.
After your done, save and relog on MR. You should now have a working custom skin.
I hope this helped SOMEONE. ;P
