What is with the spammers.

Has anyone else noticed all the spammers lately?There not really taking time to read the rules.It seems like someone just went on a game and said"Have you heard about that pokemon game that lets you build?""Yeah i have lets go spam on it and make people leave and come to this game.""ok we wont get caught".It does seem like that doesnt it?

I hate them too. Especially when I have to go and clean up alot and the GM's are offline or afk or have OOC turned off.
